Fertiligy Review

Fertiligy Review

Overview of Fertiligy

Fertiligy has been created by the team at Mil-Tech Pharma Ltd (based in London and Houston) to help promote and enhance all aspects of male fertility.

This vegan-friendly supplement contains a wealth of nutrients that have been identified through clinical studies to help with those suffering from sub-fertility, which, by and large, is the result of lifestyle and dietary deficiencies.

In addition, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that nearly 10% of men suffer from infertility in the USA. Clearly, there needs to be some sort of intervention.

Research shows that it is sperm health that appears to be the root cause of most infertility cases, and sperm health is sensitive to nutrition, be this sperm quantity, quality, shape, and swimming ability.

This supplement looks to address that, but also by improving sexual function, including desire, and alleviating erectile dysfunction.

How does Fertiligy work?

Fertiligy includes ingredients such as vitamin A which possesses antioxidant qualities, fenugreek which is associated with increased testosterone levels, and N-Acetyl-Cysteine which has demonstrated its effectiveness at improving semen quality.

However, there’s much more to Fertiligy than just those 3 ingredients, in fact, there are a further 9! All of which have been included within this formula to boost the health of your sperm, fill those deficiencies and reduce oxidative stress and inflammation. While we are at it, we could mention that ashwagandha can also help you sleep better, too.

Who is the manufacturer of Fertiligy?

The company behind Fertiligy is the same as those behind Military Muscle. Headed up by a man called Ben Bunting, the company, Mil-Tech Pharma Ltd is based in the UK and USA.

The company has extensive knowledge of creating a product that is of high quality, takes into account the needs of those on plant-based diets, and fully researches the needs of their customers.

Then, they go the extra mile and create a custom formula that is transparent and dosed correctly in accordance with the positive outcomes from clinical research.

What are the ingredients in Fertiligy?

We shall cover all 12 of the nutrients below:

Vitamin A

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that is important for the immune system. It also helps maintain healthy skin and eyesight.

It is important to note that Vitamin A is not water-soluble, meaning it cannot be broken down by water. This means it can’t be broken down in the stomach or intestines, which are primarily watery organs.

Vitamin A deficiency is an issue for males and studies show that it can lead to reduced sperm count and motility, as well as increased DNA damage. Vitamin A supplementation was found to help improve sperm quality by aiding in the production of more sperm cells.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is essential for bone and immune system health. Research suggests that Vitamin D deficiency can lead to infertility in men.

The study of the effects of vitamin D on male fertility started in the early 20th century when researchers noticed that sailors who had spent long periods at sea often had trouble conceiving children with their wives when they returned home.

This discovery led to the discovery that these sailors were often deficient in vitamin D, which was later found to be one of the leading causes of male infertility.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an essential nutrient that can help improve male fertility. It has antioxidant properties that can protect sperm from the damage caused by free radicals.

The best way to increase vitamin E intake is through diet, but there are also dietary supplements available, which are usually less expensive than food sources of vitamin E.

Folic Acid

Folic acid is a B vitamin that helps with DNA & RNA formation. Folic acid deficiency can lead to serious health complications. It can also affect male fertility. Folate, on the other hand, is the synthetic form of folic acid that is found in supplements and food fortifiers.

Folic acid is also known to help with sperm production and motility, which may be beneficial for those with fertility problems.

Zinc

Zinc is an important mineral that is found in our food, but it is also necessary for the production of sperm. Zinc deficiency can lead to a reduction in sperm count and motility.

It was found that zinc supplements improved sperm count and motility in men with low levels of zinc.

Selenium

Selenium is an essential mineral found in some foods and drinks. Selenium is important for male fertility because it can reduce sperm DNA damage and oxidative stress.

D-Aspartic Acid

The research we’ve seen shows that levels of DAA in the blood may be linked to increased testosterone and improved sperm quality.

It’s also been observed that men with low levels of DAA have lower testosterone levels & sperm quality than those with high levels.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is a herb that has been used for centuries in India for its medicinal properties. It is believed to have many benefits, including reducing stress and improving sleep.

Ashwagandha has also been shown to improve male fertility. Studies show that ashwagandha can reduce oxidative stress in the testes and increase sperm count, motility, and viability.

The studies also show that ashwagandha can improve sperm quality by reducing DNA damage and increasing the percentage of normal-looking sperm cells.

Fenugreek

In traditional medicine, fenugreek is used for treating a variety of conditions including coughs, sore throat, asthma, indigestion, menstrual cramps, and arthritis.

It is also believed that fenugreek can help improve male fertility by increasing the production of testosterone levels.

NAC

N-Acetyl-Cysteine is a form of the amino acid cysteine. It is an acetylated form of the naturally occurring amino acid L-cysteine. N-Acetyl-Cysteine has been found to have various antioxidant effects, and it may be useful for treating conditions such as chronic bronchitis, COPD, and asthma.

The use of N-acetylcysteine to treat male infertility has not been studied extensively. However, there are some indications that it can improve sperm quality in men with asthenozoospermia (low sperm motility).

CoQ10

Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance that the body produces naturally. It is also available as a dietary supplement. Coenzyme Q10 is found in all cells of the human body, but it is especially plentiful in heart muscle, kidney, and liver cells.

CoQ10 has been shown to be an effective treatment for many chronic conditions including high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and age-related macular degeneration. In addition to its role as a cofactor in mitochondrial energy production, CoQ10 has been shown to be a potent antioxidant with anti-inflammatory effects.

In general, Coenzyme Q10 appears to have some beneficial effects on male fertility by improving sperm count and motility (how sperm swim).

Lycopene

Lycopene is a carotenoid found in red fruits and vegetables. Lycopene is an antioxidant that helps protect the body from harmful free radicals.

Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage cells, DNA, and other parts of the body. Lycopene also helps maintain healthy levels of testosterone in men by reducing oxidative stress on sperm cells.

The science behind Fertiligy

There’s plenty of evidence available from reputable and trusted sources (government-run sites, universities etc) that demonstrate how effective these ingredients are.

While there’s a good selection of fertility supplements available, many are targeted towards the female and others seem to have fewer ingredients and lower doses.

A common flaw we see amongst many supplements is that they may include some well-regarded nutrients, but then the doses are far from being optimal and do not represent the amounts used in clinical studies.

What are the benefits of Fertiligy?

Clearly, we can see that Fertiligy is a product with a broad spectrum of benefits that doesn’t just concern itself with sperm health.

Many aspects of reproductive health are considered, and ultimately, addressed. The supplement is vegan friendly and contains fully legal and safe ingredients that are completely vegan friendly.

It is also worth noting that this is a custom formula, not a private label supplement nor is there a proprietary blend concealing the exact content.

What are the drawbacks of Fertiligy?

Surprisingly few, however, there are a lot of capsules to take daily. This is due to a large number of ingredients and those proven doses.

The studies available also require you to take this for at least 3 months straight to gain the most benefit.

What are customers saying about it?

For many, infertility is seen as a bit of a taboo, and a weakness. Unsurprisingly you may not find too many people raising above the parapet to put their face to a fertility supplement, however, there are some customer testimonials on the Fertiligy website.

Here’s a quote:

“We were at the point of giving up, just before we started to consider IVF we tried Fertiligy and now we’re expecting a baby girl.” – Jacob, L.
